First and foremost, the competition is open to young teachers under the age of 30 from the Primary School Department, with three categories: Chinese, Mathematics, and English, as well as Physical Education, Arts, and Technology. At 8 a.m., participating teachers gathered in the designated classroom to complete on-site lottery draws; Afterwards, at 8:30 a.m., the teaching demonstration sessions began in order according to the drawn sequence.

What's more, at the competition site, young teachers demonstrated solid teaching expertise and presented innovative, advanced pedagogical ideas. Specifically, the contestants provided detailed explanations across multiple dimensions—including teaching design concepts, textbook interpretation, student analysis, learning objectives, identification of key and difficult points, selection of teaching strategies, and lesson planning—fully embodying the educational philosophy of "student-centered instruction" under the new curriculum standards.

Furthermore, the judging panel consisted of leading teachers from various disciplines, who conducted an objective and comprehensive quantitative evaluation based on five dimensions: teaching objectives, content, methods, implementation process, and overall teacher competence. Also, several awards for excellence and outstanding performance were presented on-site.

In summary, not only does this teaching presentation competition serve as a platform to showcase the teaching skills of young teachers, but also functions as a teaching research venue for mutual learning and exchange among different subjects. More remarkably, the activity effectively contributed to the professional development of young teachers, enhanced the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching, and also demonstrated our school's working orientation of focusing on teacher training and striving to provide high-quality education.
